How to remove the small rubber hairs during tire building process

In the tire molding process, raw materials in excess of the mold capacity added to ensure that there are no voids.  The tire mold segments have vent structures that allow evacuation of air and excess rubber but leave the surface of small rubber hairs which need to be operated.  To meet this clearing need, Fefo manufactures an industry standard line of Pinvent Trimmers in both automated and manual trimming operations.  FeFo uses different materials for these pin vent trimmers, like HSS, Tungsten carbide, SKH-51,etc, especially Tungsten carbide vent trimmers blades are our advantage products.
